Smoked Wild asparagus and smoked sea bream salad

SmokedWild asparagus and smoked sea bream salad

Briefly cook cut asparagus in olive oil, put them in a suitable container and cool down. Add pieces of smoked sea bream, finely chopped garlic, parsley, olive oil, sea salt, freshly ground pepper, a bit of vinegar and mix. Decorate with hard boiled eggs.

Note:

Due to their short natural season, you can also use cultivated asparagus.
