Sauté diced or sliced vegetables (red onion, red pepper, tomato, courgette, aubergine, mushrooms) in hot olive oil for 2-3 minutes, add the chopped garlic, and immediately after pour a little white wine, season with salt and pepper. Add hot, strained tagliatelle prepared al dente and cook for 1-2 minutes. When the starch from pasta blends flavours add pieces of smoked sea bass and fresh seasoning herbs, if desired. Sprinkle with parmesan slices.
