Smoked Spaghetti with smoked fish and vegetables

SmokedSpaghetti with smoked fish and vegetables

Ingredients for two persons:
  • Cromaris smoked sea bass or sea bream fillets 100 g
  • spaghetti 200 g
  • olive oil 0,5 dl
  • red pepper 30 g
  • red onion 30 g
  • mini tomatoes 100 g
  • garlic and parsley, 20 g each
  • butter 30 g
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. At the same time, use a wok (or some other deep pan) to fry the vegetables and pieces of smoked fillet in heated olive oil for a short time (2 minutes). Add hot strained spaghetti, salt and pepper, then mix well and serve.
Note: The spaghetti must be “al dente”. You can serve flakes of grated hard cheese with the spaghetti.
