Ingredients for two persons:
- Cromaris smoked sea bass or bream fillets 100 g
- rocket 50 g
- mini tomatoes 100 g
- 1 small avocado
- olive oil 50 ml
- vinegar 10 ml
- a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper
- garnish as you like
Peel the avocado and remove the pit, then slice it into crescent pieces. Refresh the rocket with water, and slice the mini tomatoes into quarters. Add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to the salad. Mix and arrange on a plate. Remove the skin from the smoked fish, slice it into pieces of desired size, then carefully place it onto the salad. Finally, sprinkle a bit of olive oil and garnish as you like.
A tasty summer salad very simple to prepare. Spice the salad immediately before serving so that it stays fresh and crispy.
