Ingredients for two persons:
- Cromaris smoked sea bass or sea bream fillets 100 g
- cream cheese 200 g
- olive oil 0,5 dl
- parsley and garlic, 20 g each
- a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper
- garnish as you like
Season the cream cheese with garlic, olive oil, parsley, pieces of smoked fish, then add salt and pepper. Use an electric blender to make a spread, and serve it with hot toasted bread.
A delicious, affordable and tasty spread. If you do not have an electric blender, dice the fish and condiments with a knife, and mix all the ingredients well.
