Smoked Omelette with smoked fish and vegetables

SmokedOmelette with smoked fish and vegetables

Ingredients for two persons:
  • Cromaris smoked sea bass or sea bream fillets 100 g
  • six eggs
  • any cheese (mozzarella, Gouda) 80 g
  • olive oil 0,5 dl
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
Scramble the eggs, add salt and pepper to them, and bake them in an appropriate pan in heated oil (for two minutes). When they are half finished, add the cheese and smoked fish to one half, bake and turn it over. Before serving add pieces of smoked fish to the omelette.
The smoked fish adds a wonderful aroma to the omelette, and it can also be added to “sunny side up” eggs.
