MarinatedMarinated sea bream fillets with roquette, cherry tomatoes and capers

Wash fresh roquette, serve on a plate. On top of it put drained marinated sea bream fillets , cherry tomatoes chopped in half, and capers. Season with olive oil, freshly ground pepper and reduced balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately to preserve roquette crispness.
