SmokedGnocchi in a smoked sea bass and roquette sauce

Sauce

Warm up cooking cream in suitable dish, add grated parmesan cheese, finely chopped garlic and parsley, a little sea salt, freshly ground white pepper and a little butter. Boil for 2-3 minutes until desired consistency. Then add pieces of smoked sea bass, freshly cooked hot noodles and coarsely sliced roquette. Mix and serve immediately.

Note:

We can make tomato salsa sauce and add pieces of smoked sea bass at the end.
