Smoked Fresh vegetables and smoked sea bass salad

SmokedFresh vegetables and smoked sea bass salad

Cut fresh cold vegetables (cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, young onion, red pepper) into small dices or strips, as desired. Place in a suitable container, add sour cream, pieces of smoked sea bass, a zest of olive oil, sea salt and freshly chopped seasoning herbs. Thoroughly mix and serve.

Note:

You can use olive oil instead of cream.
