Oil sea stones (pebbles) with olive oil, put in a suitable deep baking pan, pour a little amount of the sea and put seasoning herbs. Cut the gutted fish lengthwise, season as for baking and put down on a preheated stone and sea (180 degrees). Bake the fish depending on its size, and when the fish is almost done, cover it with aluminium foil to soak in the sea.


Fish prepared in this way is very tasty, juicy, healthy and attractive.
