SmokedCreamy pumpkin soup with smoked fish

Ingredients for two persons:
  • Cromaris smoked sea bass or sea bream fillets 50 g
  • pumpkin 400 g
  • olive oil 0,5 dl
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
 
Recipe:
Put a pumpkin, diced into cubes, into boiling water, and boil for approximately 10 minutes. Remove some of the cooking water, then add some salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix using a stick belnder until you get a creamy soup. When serving, add pieces of fish and sprinkle some olive oil.
 
Note:
the pumpkin season starts in autumn, while the butternut pumpkin can be purchased the whole year round. Instead of pumpkin, you can use other vegetables suitable for making a creamy soup (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot).
