Smoked Chickpea and smoked fish hummus

SmokedChickpea and smoked fish hummus

Ingredients for two persons:
  • Cromaris smoked sea bass or sea bream fillets 100 g
  • chickpeas (canned) 300 g
  • olive oil 1 dcl
  • garlic 20 g
  • walnuts 50 g
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
Strain and wash the chickpeas, put them into an electric blender, add sliced garlic, pieces of smoked fish, salt, pepper and olive oil. Work everything into a smooth mixture. Before serving, sprinkle with roughly sliced baked walnuts.
We have enriched this traditional Egyptian spread with smoked fish. Spread the enriched hummus onto warm bread, and sprinkle some sesame, flax or pumpkin seeds if you wish.
