Ingredients for two persons:
- Cromaris smoked sea bass or sea bream fillets 100 g
- olive oil 0,5 ml
- red, green and yellow pepper, 40 g each
- red onion and fresh cucumbers, 20 g each
- a pinch of coarse salt and pepper
- bread or toast bread
Strain the marinated fish and cut it into smaller pieces, dice the vegetables into tiny cubes. Spread some olive oil on the bread or toast bread and toast it for a short while. Put the marinated fish on the still warm bread, and then the diced and spiced vegetables on the fish.
The canapé snacks are best paired with white vine (for example Istrian Malvasia from Croatia).
