MarinatedCanapé snacks with marinated fish and vegetables

Ingredients for two persons:
  • Cromaris smoked sea bass or sea bream fillets 100 g
  • olive oil 0,5 ml
  • red, green and yellow pepper, 40 g each
  • red onion and fresh cucumbers, 20 g each
  • a pinch of coarse salt and pepper
  • bread or toast bread
 
Recipe:
Strain the marinated fish and cut it into smaller pieces, dice the vegetables into tiny cubes. Spread some olive oil on the bread or toast bread and toast it for a short while. Put the marinated fish on the still warm bread, and then the diced and spiced vegetables on the fish.
 
Note:
The canapé snacks are best paired with white vine (for example Istrian Malvasia from Croatia).
